This service includes us coming into the homeowners space, to give advice on possible furniture placement, what to pre-pack and edit, decor ideas, and how to make their home as marketable as possible, to MAKE them money!
This can also include personal shopping, and visiting your new home if you need assistance in picking out accents or furniture placement.
Vacant Staging (Homes, Apartments, Condos)
This service starts with an empty home, needing to be furnished and decorated to SELL!

Occupied Staging (Using majority of client’s furnishings)
This service means that the home owner has not yet moved their things out, but either them or the listing agent would like some professional enhancements to boost the appeal of the home.
~Along with the home owner's existing furnishings, we may add (area rugs, art, mirrors, lamps, greenery, bedding, pillows, etc.)
Additional costs include (and are not limited to): Rental of furniture, out of town location.
